MeetingsSpazio Incontri of the Mole Vanvitelliana

Partecipants: Loris De Filippi, President MSF Italy and Stefano Galieni, national immigration responsible for the PRC and coordinator of the preparation of Corriere delle Migrazioni.
Moderator Maria Cristina Gregori, freelance journalist.

In Syria three years of war have destroyed cities, villages, hospitals, everything the Syrians could rely and live on. Families escape if they can, they run from a place to another to find protection, every day with less belongings and more fear. This crisis goes beyond Syria, till the nearest areas where more than two million refugees fight to survive. The countries of the Adriatic basin are the most influenced by a similar expanding crisis.

Doctors Without Borders was founded in 1971, is the largest independent medical humanitarian organization in the world. In 1999 it was awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace. Operates in over 66 countries bringing assistance to the victims of war, disasters and epidemics.
