Radicanto is a music travel that recalls light, sounds and stories of land and sea through the research and the re-processing of the heritage of the popular tradition: sea and rural songs, songs of alternating seasons in an endless dialogue with men and women’s lives moving around the borders, the limits.
They are in search of the heritage of Mediterranean music cultures, of everything representing the real and deep tradition of the sea, characterized by common aspects and clear differences.
The result is an impacting musical performance, focused on rhythm, on melody and on popular rather than official history, with the author’s inventions resonating in the notes that find their shape in the rough poetics of the poets.
