The answer to the IS terrorism from the voice a Muslim Italian girl. “Non ci avrete mai” is the title of the book of Chaimaa Fatihi, written after the terror attacks in Paris in November of 2015, when many Muslims in Europe felt as if considered guilty: “You will never have our fear and our hatred”, that’s what she writes to the perpetrators of the terror attacks.
Chaimaa is an Italian citizen, she was born in Morocco and she moved to Italy when she was 3 years old. Her words describe the importance of openness and tolerance, of dialogue and of calm to respond to hatred and violence.
